Aaron’s connection with real estate started while still at high school when he developed a website for a New York Times top-selling property author. A career in sales and marketing followed which led to Aaron working with agents, developers and investors around New Zealand on projects worth up to $60 million.
Marketing is one of Aaron’s advantageous abilities and has proven to achieve higher sale prices for his client’s, often resulting in street or suburb records.
Aaron firmly believes that real estate is a human to human industry “Real estate is much more about people than it is about property, the ability to connect with people is critical to concluding a deal.”
The importance placed on results and relationships was reinforced when Aaron was recognised as the highest earner while also delivering the highest level of client satisfaction in the same month for Harcourts Grenadier.
Aaron has listed and sold property from $65,000 to $6,500,000 including storage units, houses, land and apartments.
